Media Statement of IPID operations during lockdown

Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) as a Department will be offering its services to all the people of South Africa during this 21-day lockdown period.

All people of South Africa are rest assured that our services will not cease during this period. We have put a limited number of investigators on standby basis that will be rendering the services that fall within the IPID mandate in all the nine Provinces. Our Provincial Management are ready to ensure that our work do continue.
