A 3 year old girl dies as a result of Police negligence

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) is investigating a case of capable homicide. It is alleged that Ekurhuleni Metro Police Constable was allegedly speeding with a service police vehicle when he struck 2 bystanders at the stop sign.
